Bruce Willis sells his last real estate in the Turks and Caicos Islands for $ 6 million


Bruce Willis has owned property in the Turks and Caicos since 2000, but recently he officially said goodbye to the land. The actor and his wife, model and actress Emma Heming, have sold their last real estate in a tropical paradise. The couple recovered $ 6 million for their land on Parrot Cay Island, nearly a million less than the asking price of $ 6.9 million.

Technically part of the COMO Parrot Cay complex, the residence on the island includes many amenities. A tennis court, library, running track, two swimming pools (one for adults only) and coconut and banana trees are among the many offers. Massages and facials are also available on the property, along with free daily yoga classes held in a lodge that overlooks the island’s wetlands, should residents need to relax. The locality’s private estates appear to be popular among celebrities, according to the New York Post, Donna Karan and Keith Richards also own spots on Parrot Cay.
